Carlos Zugasti Johannsen
Attorney, graduate of the Faculty of Legal and Diplomatic Sciences, Catholic University "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" (1984). Specialized in Civil, Labor and Criminal Law, with extensive experience advising companies on a full range of legal matters.
Before fully dedicating himself to independent legal practice, he built a business career across different sectors, leading his own ventures. That experience gives him a first-hand understanding of how companies work and what they need from the inside.
His practice focuses on preventive legal risk management, providing strategic solutions aimed at avoiding litigation and ensuring his clients' legal security, always prioritizing out-of-court resolution.
